I have calcium buildup in my cervical spine, diagnosed with MRI in 2007. I have been using marjoram and lemongrass (diluted 1:1 with coconut oil), layered on bottoms of feet morning and night. I tried lemongrass, diluted, on my spine, but I react to it with redness and itching. It is okay on my feet.
-- I have had this pain for a long time, but did not recognize it, because it is different than anything I have ever experienced. It begins as my back feeling tired or my face being tense and gets stronger as it radiates throughout my entire body. (For years I have been lying down for an hour or so mid-day because my back is "tired".) I think the lemongrass on my feet is helping, as I can hear my neck crack and grind, and I can turn my head to the side further than before, but I would like to increase the amount and frequency without the skin irritation. (Actually, I think I am detoxing through my skin where I apply the oils.)
I find the following for back pain on everythingessential.me:
White Fir and Frankincense to arch and back of feet.
Or Lemongrass topically along with Deep Blue and peppermint. Lemongrass dissolves the spurs. Be consistent. Pat.
Questions:
1. Can I use lemongrass in a capsule with other oils? How much? How frequently?
2. Please explain "consistent". I know consistent means regularly, but again, how frequently, and how much?
Thanks for any; suggestions you may have.
Ileen
