Position #1:
Title: Peoplesoft Finance Commitment Accounting Consultant
Location: Chapel Hill ,NC
Duration: 9-12 Months
Note:
Mode of Interview: Phone Screen
Jd:
- Assist in the design and implementation of the CA capability for the client .
- Knowledge and experience in Finance Business Process in around CA and related modules
- Working closely with the others on the CA Team, led by the module lead, to configure, test and document the workings of the module and as it works with the rest of the solution.
- Work with the module lead and HCM CA lead to ensure all functionality works across the integrated solutions
- Participating in the development of the test plans and scenarios as it relates to testing CA and related modules.
- Document CA configuration
- Work with the test lead to ensure all processes, procedures and reporting guidelines are followed
- Respond to and be accountable to get work done as directed by the Project Manager as needed.
- Documenting functional designs for identified customizations where needed for CA.
- Advising the Client on the best practices related to PeopleSoft FMS v9.1 CA.
- Working with HCM and the Campus Solutions teams where called upon.
The candidate needs to:
· At least 5 years prior experience implementing the CA capability in PeopleSoft FSCM 9.1 experience in an implementation.
· Higher Education experience is a plus.
· Excellent analytical, organizational, verbal and written communications skills are required.
· Excellent skills in utilizing MS Project, Visio and the Office Suite are important. The ability to work well in matrix management environment and to build trust and collaborate with others is essential.
· Familiarity with SharePoint is helpful.
Candidates should be available by 12/2/13.
Position #2:
Title: Peoplesoft Finance Contracts and Grants Supporting Consultant
Location: Chapel Hill ,NC
Duration: 9-12 Months

Jd:
- Assist in the design and implementation of the Contracts and Grants capability for the Client.
- Knowledge and experience in Finance Business Process in around Contracts and Grants and related modules
- Working closely with the others on the Contracts and Grants Team, led by the module lead, to configure, test and document the workings of the module and as it works with the rest of the solution.
- Transferring knowledge to Client throughout the project.
- Participating in the development of the test plans and scenarios as it relates to testing Contracts and Grants and related modules, such as AR/Billing.
- Document Contracts and Grants configuration
- Work with the test lead to ensure all processes, procedures and reporting guidelines are followed
- Respond to and be accountable to get work done as directed by the Project Manager as needed.
- Documenting functional designs for identified customizations where needed for Contracts and Grants.
- Advising the Client on the best practices related to PeopleSoft FMS v9.1 Contracts and Grants.
- Working with HCM and the Campus Solutions teams where called upon.

Title: Peoplesoft Finance Vendor Lead
Location: Chapel Hill ,NC
Duration: 9-12 Months
Note:
Mode of Interview: Phone Screen
JD:
- The vendor resources provided should include one person for this oversight role who would be responsible to manage the additional consultants for Client.
- Vendor Lead Role to work with the Client Functional Lead as a partner to:
- Reviewing existing plans and approaches to ensure a successful implementation
- Assess progress of this implementation based on what would be expected in a similar higher education project
- Document risks, areas that need more focus and make recommendations to Client Functional Lead, the PM and ITS lead on how to work be more successful
- Observe and make recommendations re: the optimum use of the functional staff on the project
- Develop very good one on one relationships with persons in leadership roles on the project to get their input as part of assessing and recommending. This would include but not be limited to the Client Functional Lead, the PM, the ITS Project Director, the Consulting Functional Lead, Technical Lead, Integration Lead, the Test Lead and others.
- Work with the Project manager to fully understand the planned work, schedule and scope and how it is all being managed
- Work with the Test Lead to understand how this portion of the project is being managed
- Work with the Technical Lead to understand his challenges and how the functional teams work is impacting his team and vice-versa
- Assist with evaluating and resolving existing and new issues working with the PM, Client Functional Lead, consulting functional lead, test lead and development lead
- Review and manage all functional issues and risks logged and take proactive steps to close them by working with the Client Functional Lead and PM
- Have the ability as called upon to brief executives on risks, findings related to Clientreadiness to execute the project
The candidate needs to:
· at least 10 years working on PeopleSoft implementations in FMS; and some portion of that time is on version 9.1. Higher Education experience is required for this role.
· Excellent analytical, organizational, verbal and written communications skills are required.
· Excellent skills in utilizing MS Project, Visio and the Office Suite are important. The ability to work well in matrix management environment and to build trust and collaborate with others is essential.
· Familiarity with SharePoint is helpful.
