Amin was a reluctant President. Whatever he did or failed to do must

be blamed on civilians who placed the country on edge. Amin was meant

to be an officer's mess. It's why he emphasized being 'a professional

soldier' but some people didn't listen when he said so. M7 took to his

heels coz he read Amin's reluctance perfectly. If civilains persist in

running the wolrd amok, we shall take over and we don't wanna hear of

those of blaming when you are the root of the devil's tail.
