Disgusting? Are you sure you really want to go down that road? You dont wish to be one of the NRM mosquitoes on UAH? What happened to the days when Mosquitoes ACTUALLY died after u sprayed them???These days,u spray a Mosquito and it launches a series of retaliatory attacks through the night!!

Circumcision is one of the proposed means of preventing HIV if you didn't know, Madam Mosquito. It has a lot of health related advantages as HIV testing. So, What would be wrong with Museveni doing it publicly to encourage others?

By the way,a certain Congolese told me they take septrin for 2 weeks before testing. The test comes out as negative
