Nuwe,
Problem is blame is placed in the wrong place.
The Kavuyo in DRC is as old as when it presumably became independent!
War in this tropical part of Africa is far far from over.
Like I said wait for Q24 next year!
And probably from it flies UA 14 to Rwakitura!

Subject: Re: {UAH} NOW, WHO IS THE WAR-MONGER? Uganda warns that M23 Congo rebels could regroup
"The involvement of Western powers in the assassination is another possibility. Many African leaders indulge in a rhetorical denunciation of "imperialism" to divert attention away from their own involvement in the export of their country's wealth to the West, and Kabila was no exception. But the DRC leader had upset his US backers, who had brought him to power with military backing from Uganda and Rwanda, by reneging on deals to sell off mining concessions as well as by refusing to accept IMF proposals to pay off the country's huge debts incurred under Mobutu. After breaking with Uganda and Rwanda in 1998 Kabila gained the backing of Angola and Zimbabwe who wanted to extend their regional power. Another major factor in their support was the lucrative business deals concluded with Kabila, including an attempt to sell off Congo's diamond producing complex to an Israeli firm, and trying to float a copper and cobalt mining operation on the London Stock exchange."

GOPO,There is a tiny office in Tel Aviv, another in Beirut. By the way, there are others in Brussels , Chicago and somewhere in London. If you follow blood trails you would end up somewhere there. These other fellows are mere conduits.Unfortunately for DRC it is Le meilleur habitat pour un guerrila .And guess what ,right in the middle of wealth ,Eastern Congo.Remember when Kabila senior was plucked from some bar drinking mwenge bigere to head the anti Waza Banga forces, in 1996, he was taken to Goma where he signed the 1st deal : $ 30 million, well before he was in Gov't. Rwanda and Uganda issued users end certificates at the request of the Yankees.Talk about guilty as charged; the guilty ones are these white folks causing all the chaos. So if you think M23 is finished waited for Q23.--

Allan Barigye/EM,
Have a look at what I just posted. It seems to me incredible that the
DR Congo delegation should be asked to sign an agreement with M23 when
both Uganda and Rwanda are there around the table. This is very
strange. So here we have a situation where I beat up your son who you
have sent to sneak into my house at night and when caught, you want me
to negotiate with your son and not yourself, when you are actually
physically present at the negotiations. If threatened with
imprisonment, you still refuse to stand surety for your him!!!
You remind me of the murder trial in the USA where a black man shot
down people randomly on the streets and when caught and taken to
court, he decided to defend himself. And his cross-examination of a
witness went as follows:
Man: Can you describe what happened at the petrol station where you
said you were shot?
Woman: I saw you get out of a car, pull a gun and shoot at me.
Man: Can you describe the accused person; what did he look like and
what was he wearing?
Woman: It was You. He did not look like any one else. It was you.
Man: Now did the accused speak to you, did he utter any word to you?
Woman: No you did not speak to me.
Man: Now my next question is......
Woman: Stop this nonsense of "accused" and so on. It is you. Use you
name or use "I" or "Me".
