Did you notice how painstakingly the narrator attempted to "Aminise"
and "Hitlise" the leapord. Just four public executions and the man
strove to spin that as a blood-letting act of the century, with zero
success. When you talk of 'dictator', one must see lakes of
extrajudicial, random blood which Mobutu never cared for. DRC today is
as hollow as it is contaminated.
