Desirable Technical Skills	Unix, TOAD, SQL
Mandatory Functional Skills	1. Experience in Low Level Design, Development, Testing, Deployment inside Eclipse and Maintenance. 2. Good Communication Skills - oral and written 3. Telecom Activation experience
Desirable Functional Skills	1. BPM Workflow experience 2. Telecommunications Industry experience 3. Experience in Deployment of .EAR files in Unix Env 4. Experience in developing interfaces between components
