Should have good communication skills and ability to interact with various stake holders
Responsible for creating & executing Performance Test strategy and Plan
Ability to identify type of performance tests needed based on business and technical requirements
Ability to pin point the performance bottlenecks in the application and provide solutions
Prior experience with distributed work environment
