Same things you state over and over again each passing election. It's
not enough to point out the ills you do. Takes substance of cause for
the ills subjected to each citizen's part in commission or omission.
Museveni himself knows a lot of more of what is undone than anyone
else. First understand yourself then understand what exactly Uganda's
problem is.
