Three million Kakwa in DR Congo must be in Uganda, so are those in SOuth Sudan. All Madi, including Bari in South Sudan be in Uganda, all Alur in DR Congo must be in Uganda, All Luo from Shilluk from south west  Ethiopia to South Sudan, should be in Uganda, Bulega on western lake Albert where Kabalega was born, Bemba communuties in Zambia and Malawi, all be part of at least East Africa Federation.
