Abdul Nasser,
Thats why I was wondering why he has not gone there. The man likes
being in the limelight. Give him an opportunity to attend a conference
and he will jump at it. The problem here is that he is not likely to
be chosen to lead any multi-lateral body that may be set up after this
meeting. If they said they would chopse a chairman, you would have
seen him there.
