Lukwago may not be that lustful for power, more so serving in the same office with the rotten, smelly lots as NRM councilors, the kirundas of this country are. The country urgently needs a reformation of its moral fabric, and Uganda is increasingly finding hope in Lukwago and company.

In life, our experiences are structured in accordance with time zones.
There is time for elections and time for fitting in with the job. It's
sad to not that respected leaders, loved by voters miss the chance to

running faster than such. Lord Mayor Lukwago will get a chance to
prove himself to voters and the world of modern leadership and we wish
him the best.
