Why is Museveni not there? He enjoys such occassions. He could have

used his muslim- the one he used when he was organising bandits to

rampage in Luwero. By the way, is it an offence against islam for

someone to adopt a muslim name like Museveni did and use it to commit

crimes? I wonder whether the Koran imposes a penalty for such acts of

deception and duplicity.
