sad to not that respected leaders, loved by voters miss the chance to
take up roles, preferring the low bar of fighting dev't. Kampala is
running faster than such. Lord Mayor Lukwago will get a chance to
prove himself to voters and the world of modern leadership and we wish
him the best.
