Brother george!
The Afro Arab summit is not a religious gathering as compared to Islamic conference. As for Ssekandi's attendace on behalf of his master is quite obvious factor behind. Gen. Museveni is bussy man trying to eliminate Lord mayor Elias Lukwago and Dr. Besigye from active politics. Besides Prof.Edward Kakonge the UPC chairman has just told us how Museveni has squandered himself. Gen.Museveni is a sensitive leader he is now lamenting how he has squandered his chances of transforming Uganda into a first world while retaining thieves in his NRM. Apart from that he may be filling sacks with money to bribe voters since Prof.Bukenya has promised to chase him from state house come 2016.
